HAND-TUFTED RUG DESIGNS
Each of the hand-tufted rug designs in The Rug Story original collection is named after Delbard French Roses and the names of French Painters of distinction: Grimaldi, Matisse, Monet, Pissaro, Sisley, and our NEW Cartier Plain.

The original rug collection contains six rug designs, each available in any size and shape from our standard stock yarns. Yarns available are:
Bamboo (viscose), Econyl Regenerated Nylon, Lyocell, Contract Lyocell, and 100% New Zealand Wool.
With hundreds of yarn colours to choose from, the possibilities for your bespoke rug design are endless.

THE ORIGINAL RUG DESIGNS
In the original rug collection we have the following six designs:
Cartier Plain is a sumptuous, textured plain, woven rug in our new Bamboo (viscose) yarn and 'J' weave construction. Available in 12 mm to 45 mm pile height.

GRIMALDI
Grimaldi is a striped rug with a cut and loop design. The simple lines come in a variety of widths, and the rug is made from 100% viscose.

MATISSE
A beautiful herringbone patterned rug in a cut and loop finish, constructed from 100% viscose to produce a sumptuous silky look.

MONET
A delicious cut and loop mix of viscose and linen. Our Monet rug is a random design of pure luxury.
PISSARO
Made in a fine 100% New Zealand wool, Pissaro has a simple loop border with 4 perfectly symmetrical lines.

The NEW Sisley design with it's intricate wave pattern is made from 100% Portuguese viscose.
